ALPFA at FIU is the proud successor of the FIU Accounting Association (FIUAA). Established in 1986, the FIUAA began creating professional and developmental opportunities. ALPFA at FIU continues to build upon the legacy of shared values and guiding principles that the FIU Accounting Association established many years ago.

ALPFA FIU is currently the largest business student organization at FIU with over 300 active members year over year. Our continued growth and dedication has led us to become one of the most successful ALPFA Student Chapters across the Nation, recognized by ALPFA National.

ALPFA was the first ever National Chapter of the Year in 2018 and in 2020 we took that prize home again. Representing the quality of students at FIU and the ambition and drive of ALPFA members. I am extremely proud to have served as the President for the Spring 2020 semester. Being President of such an amazing organization taught me the leadership skills I will need when I transition into my professional career.
